Sales conditions

The booking is considered to be firm and definitive once the customer has been sent his booking number :
- Sent on-line when booking
- Confirmed by an e-mail to the address provided by the customer.
- The booking is guaranteed by the customer's credit card number.

The customer should inform us on his check-in time at the hotel. Customers arriving after this time must telephone the hotel at the number provided on the booking confirmation.

Payments of accommodation and additional services are to be made to the hotelier by the customer, in accordance with the conditions imposed by the hotelier at his hotel, of which the customer will have been informed upon arrival. The booking is guaranteed at the rate and under the conditions given for this period. These rates and conditions may change for bookings at a later date.

Ely1212 's role in this transaction is limited to putting your booking request to the hotel on-line. The hotel has confirmed that it has the availability corresponding to your request under the conditions of the request. As a result, the hotel is fully responsible for any breech of the conditions for this booking as indicated on your confirmation document.

Cancellation conditions

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the arrival date for individual and for groups before 7 days. Customers will be charged for one night at the rate indicated on the booking if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before 6 p.m. on the arrival date or it is not cancelled.
